Don Quijote
The La Venta de Don Quijote estate, acquired in 1997, marked the beginning of our winemaking trajectory. From its origins, it has been dedicated to the design and planting of vineyards, transforming itself into the thriving 600-hectare property it is today, where we cultivate a wide variety of grape varieties, both white and red.
DETAILS OF THE ESTATE:
The Estate: This estate is placed at an altitude of 780 meters.
Varieties: We have red varieties such as Tempranillo, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Garnacha or Graciano, and white varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Moscatel, Macabeo, and Verdejo.

In 2017, we channelled our obsession with achieving the best wines by acquiring a new estate in the prestigious Rueda Denomination of Origin. Following the same approach, we initially proceeded to plant the vineyards, where the outstanding Verdejo variety prevails over the rest.
We have recently completed the construction of the winery on this estate, with the firm intention of establishing our presence in one of the most outstanding designations of origin for the production of white wines.

The Estate: located in the heart of the Rueda Denomination of Origin.
Varieties: We grow Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc.

In the relentless pursuit of improving the quality of our wines, we took the decision to undertake the planting of a vineyard in the town of Villaescusa de Haro, located in the province of Cuenca. This choice was not fortuitous, as the estate in Villaescusa de Haro is located at an altitude of 980 metres above sea level, which makes it a perfect environment for the ripening of white varieties.
In 2015, after a thorough study of the Terroir and the specific microclimate of this estate, we decided to start planting white vineyards, driven by the determination to create wines of the highest quality, and later, with the vineyard in full production, to build a modern winery on the estate’s premises, which would guarantee the freshness of the grapes.

The Estate: 890 metres above sea level which means a large plot of land of its own with a unique climate ideal for white varieties.
Varieties: We grow white varieties, Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo, Chardonnay, Moscatel and Macabeo.
